All that is still better than letting the big three fail and putting all those involved with them out of work. Jesus, where would be be if GM and Ford when out of business? And don't give the the CRAP about Ford not taking a bailout, they took PLENTY of money and not interest loans the same time GM did and FORDS CEO said if GM failed they would not be able to continue because the shared so many suppliers.
