I've always had the impression every basketball season of late that we peaked too early, that there wasn't enough gas in the tank to make the stretch run. This time around, I think the team hasn't begun to approach its potential. I think we have a lot more to see out of players like Finney-Smith, Barksdale, and Raines. Rankin I think also has a lot of upside potential this season already. When the team starts to gell, it will yet be a force. Ergo, a good stretch run is in the offing.
