On the other hand, I do agry with Chris in historical retrosight terms. Seth's teams tend to do better early in his given tenure, and then they appear to become capped as time wears on or possibly even as Seth wears thin.

So has Seth taken VT as far as Seth can take VT in basketball?
Or are better O&M days yet to come due to improved recruiting under Seth?
