This is not to say that I think a change is warranted this season...I don't.

But, let's say recent history was bad and Seth really was on a hot seat this season. If we started 0-8 in the ACC, why wouldn't you be ready to make a change? If a team had no post-season hopes, why wouldn't you be ready to get a jump on everyone else shopping for the next great coach?
