    Here's another, above water ....

There are third party solutions for deeper diving to correct for vignetting (flat replacement lens) and color (red filter). Lots of cool ideas for pistol grips and other attachment ideas out there.

Oh yea, the underwater shot is a screencap on my iPad from a 720p video.

There are tons of users on there with tips, etc. I have not shot underwater but I know there are some edge effects that distort the video if you use the standard case. (fish bowl maybe?) There are other cases or add-ons that remove the issue with shooting underwater.

I don't find the videos hard to edit, I do find that I hate my version of iMovie so I will probably be getting Final Cut sometime later this year. The editing of the HD has nothing to do with the camera, the videos it shoots are awesome.

Another cool feature is you can set it to shoot pictures every X seconds so you can shoot some cool events that way. Just set it up, let it take 500+ pics and set them to music.
I went out and picked up the HD Hero2 outdoor edition and took it to Whitetail ski resort yesterday. I filmed one of my friends runs and edited music and text into the video. It worked great though i found out when i got home I need to adjust the fps settings. I just held it by hand yesterday because i was still unsure of what mounts I wanted to purchase. This thing will end up being a lot of fun. Thanks for the forum link, i have found some useful information there as well.

I'm going to get a cheap egg timer to play around with time lapse stuff.
