Softball team beat St Louis and UNC-Greensboro to start the season 2-0 Friday.

Make that 5-0. Good Start to the season. Courtney Liddle has been on fire to start the season. Hitting .706, 10 RBIs, slugging % of 1.235.

The starts by Dani Anderson, Lauren Gaskill and Kristen Froehlich have been pretty impressive as well.

Should tell us something about this young team. Hokies will play Oklahoma State, Oklahoma, Alabama, and Auburn starting on Friday, wrapping up on Sunday. Let's hope the hot bats continue.
