Click "Special Use Boards" and you go to the list of boards under the Special Use category. Click "New Site Questions, Issues, Suggestions, etc." and you go back to the New Site Board index. If you were on the Football board, for example, you would see something like "Forum -> Free Boards -> Football -> Stiney Sucks."
