With a week of regular season remaining, Virginia Tech is out of ACC title contention, but if the Hokies hope for a postseason bowl bid - and all of those extra practices that come along with it - a win over intrastate rival Virginia next Saturday is a must. -

Not the prettiest of wins today for Virginia Tech, which barely got by last-place Boston College 30-23 in overtime. But it’s a win nonetheless. -

On Thursday during practice, Randall Dunn gave Logan Thomas some simple directions. If the Virginia Tech football coaches called the team’s 2-point conversion play, Dunn told Thomas to throw him the ball in the back of the end zone. -
