Last Friday night, Northeastern (Elizabeth City, N.C.) linebacker Jamieon Moss became the latest rising high school senior to commit to Virginia Tech. Moss, who stands 6’3″ and weighs 210 pounds, had previously committed to East Carolina. He also had an offer from Wake Forest.
The commitment was reported by Rivals.com, 247Sports.com, and ESPN.com.
Moss’ decision gives Virginia Tech 12 commitments in the class of 2013, including three linebackers: Moss, Manchester (Midlothian, VA) star Holland Fisher and Salem (Virginia Beach, VA) standout Andrew Motu’apuaka.
